Heat Treatment

The Heat Treatment facility is in the name of Gaurang Heat Treaters Pvt. Ltd. (Unit 1-Taloja & Unit II-Khopoli) with capacity of 1500 tons per month. The units have eight furnaces in total of various sizes with maximum of 6 meters. All the eight furnaces are calibrated as per API 6A standard with PID controller and Time-temperature graph recorder.

Processes in the facility are as below:

• Hardening & Tempering
• Solution Annealing
• Precipitation Hardening
• Normalizing and Tempering
• Stress Relieving
• Annealing and Spherodised Annealing

Bright Bar

The Bright Bar manufacturing facility is in the name of Perfect Bright Bars Pvt Ltd. (Taloja).The facility has capacity of 500 tons. The unit has cutting, peeling and polishing machine as well as Draw Bench. It is fully equipped with machines to convert bright bars upto 100 mm.
